What to Expect

​

Classes will typically include the following elements:

  • Short meditation

  • Easy warm-ups

  • Instruction and practice of the Pai Lum Tai Chi short form

  • Qi Gong movements for the season

  • Practice of etiquette (e.g., bowing in/out of class and form, addressing the teachers, learning names of movements, etc.)
