We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your service (48 hours for group bookings). This helps us accommodate other guests and ensure our staff is compensated for their reserved time. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, but more than 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, 50% of the service fee will apply.

Cancellations within 2 hours of a scheduled appointment and no-shows will incur the full cost of the scheduled service(s).
