Usui Reiki Level I Certification

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese healing practice discovered by Mikao Usui-Sensei, a Buddhist monk, and is designed to support balance across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
This Reiki Level I (First Degree) certification is a foundational experience open to everyone — no previous experience or prerequisite required. You do not need to be a professional healer to benefit from Reiki; it is a beautiful tool for daily self-care, energetic awareness, and conscious living, and it blends seamlessly with other healing modalities.

After this training, you will be able to offer Reiki to yourself with confidence and integrity.
